Hip Injury Running Treatment Approach
Lynn had suffered with a chronic hip injury running pain for years. In her initial consultation I completed a thorough biomechanical assessment of Lynn following my Next Generation Physiotherapy System.
My clinical tests identified that Lynn needed more supportive running shoes and that her unbalanced ‘bite’ was causing her body to be out of position. We used a mouth splint to balance Lynn's bite. Lynn now wears the mouth splint during her runs and this means she is enjoying her running again without the hip injury pain.
I use a unique neuro physio approach to managing musculoskeletal pain and injury. This approach can help eliminate running injuries including hip injury running pain issues.
My Next Generation Physiotherapy System is a 3-stage approach to managing musculoskeletal injury pain. Re-position, re-balance and restore to be at your best without recurring running injury.
